How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We move fast! Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our warehouse for processing. This means we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations, but you can return your items once they arrive.
