At Skinnydip London, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and any protective films are still in place.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
